The Festival of Chicory
Organised by the Council, Pro Loco and Coldiretti on the second Sunday of December. The event has a technical aspect in form of a conference and an exhibition contest which involves the participation of hundreds of producers, but for the people it is above all an opportunity to taste the chicory in its multiplicity of uses: fresh in salads, but also in risotto or in more recent options as a protagonist of stuffed crepes and elaborate pastries, or as a base for sauces.
