A few cultivated varieties are gathered under the name of "Patata dorata dei terreni rossi del Guà" (The golden potato of the red areas of Guà): Primura, the most popular one, Agata, Vivaldi, Cicero, Monalisa, Liseta and Alba. Common to all is the oval and oval-long shape; uniform size with differences not exceeding 15 mm; yellow, thin skin, free of cracks, intact; with eyes on the surface and light yellow pulp.
