Villa Piovene was built in the fifteenth century and currently it is home to the Town Hall of Brendola. Cevese called it "the most elegant villa among those born in the territory of Vicenza during the Gothic period". The façade is distinguished by five arches on the ground floor and six on the first floor, an example unique in the whole province. The villa was purchased by the city in 1930 and restored in 1987. The structure is mighty and massive, with a tower built definitely in the earlier times.
